These irons are designed for forgiveness through soft 1025 carbon steel forged irons. The MT PRO-C irons feature a cavity back for better workability and the wedge shaped cavity muscle allows for a solid feel and feedback as well as control. These irons have more offset and larger head which is suitable for less experienced players.
MacGregor MT Irons
The MT Irons are known for their classic shapes and forged face club heads. They are designed with Cup Face 360 degree Technology for better distance and shot accuracy. The classic head shapes and blade profile allow for greater offset and wider sole for more forgiveness. The under cavity gives low weight and is set towards the face so that the CG is located forward for improved trajectory control. You can get more distance and trajectory with the MT Irons.
MacGregor MT MID Irons
The MT MID irons also feature class style as well as tour inspired shaping. The MT MID irons provide a shallower profile, medium offset and a wide sole with a deep undercut cavity. This design is set for lower and deeper CG and higher ball launching. The Cup Face technology will also improve accuracy and distance even for off-center or miss hits.
